For more than 5 years now, she brought her knowledge to Anchor Grup, one of the most important real estate developers in Romania, managing the marketing operations of all the three investment lines of the company - Retail (București Mall-Vitan and Plaza România), Residential (In City Residences, Pallady Towers, and other select residences), and Offices (Plaza Romania, Anchor Plaza Offices, and Metropol Offices).

She believes that if one wants to serve, they should "start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly they are doing the impossible".
